About Dessa AI Guide and its operator
Dessa AI Guide is maintained by chaozicoder, the independent operator of this website. For editorial and website questions, contact support@dessaai.org. Block develops the model and decides access; chaozicoder maintains this guide and handles corrections.
Dessa AI Guide helps people understand Block's Dessa model, find the right official resources and decide what to do next. This website is not operated by Block and is not an official Dessa product, research program or distribution channel.
The model discussed here is developed by Block's research team. The guide's role is to organize public information around the questions a visitor actually needs answered: Can I try it? Can my computer run it? Can I build with it? What should I use while I wait?
What you can do here
- Check access without confusing recorded demonstrations with a live service.
- Find a particular demo moment and understand what a selected recording does and does not establish.
- Read about downloads and local requirements before trusting a package or buying hardware.
- Assess API readiness and distinguish a public application from permission to build a commercial service.
- Choose an alternative or compare ChatGPT Voice and Sesame for your task.
The site is available in English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Translated pages preserve the same facts and limitations; translating a page does not mean the Dessa model supports that language.
How we describe evidence
The guide links consequential claims to primary sources. A publisher's statement is identified as such. A demonstration is not presented as an independent benchmark, and a missing public specification stays unknown rather than being replaced with an estimate.
Our editorial policy explains the source hierarchy, update dates and corrections. The updates page records material changes so you can see what actually became available.
What this site does not provide yet
This release provides information and links. It does not run Dessa conversations, issue access credentials, distribute model weights or sell invitations. Any future service will have its own clearly stated availability, pricing and data-handling terms after a permitted integration has been verified.
For a question about Block's release or research access, use the publisher's official page. For an error in this guide, see how to report a correction.
